Originating in the 19th century, the ukulele is a Hawaiian adaptation of the Portuguese instrument known as the machete. It has since grown in popularity not only in the United States, but around the world.
We offer individualized instruction to each student. Musicianship, reading, technique, chords, strumming patterns, and theory are included in lessons. Ukulele lessons are perfect for smaller hands looking to graduate to guitar lessons or for students who love to accompany themselves while singing. All levels welcome!
